Warm Chicken & Lentil Salad

RECIPE
Servings 2| Prep Time 15min|Total Time 15min

 

INGREDIENTS
(1 Large Hand Full) Organic Micro Greens
(1 Large Hand Full) Organic Spring Mix
½ cup – Lentils
½ cup – Cherry Tomatoes
½ cup – Green Onion (chopped)
1 ½ lb – Grilled Chicken ( chopped)
2 Tblsp- Jalapeño
1 Tblsp – Feta
Small Hand Full of Pistachios (crushed)
1Tblsp - Honey
I/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
½ cup – Extra Virgin Olive Oil
S/P - Tt

 

 

DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl combine greens with lentils, tomatoes, jalapeño, green onion, and chicken.
In a sepate bowl combine olive oil with the vinegar and honey. Whisk throughly. Salt and pepper to taste. 
Dress greens with honey balsamic dressing.
Add feta & pistachios after plating.

Baked Wings w. Herbs De Provence

RECIPE
Servings 3|Prep Time 1 day 1 hour 15min|Total Time 1 Day 1hour 15min
 

INGREDIENTS
3lbs- Party Wings
¼ cup- Lemon Juice
¼ cup- Orange Juice
3 Tbsp- Herb De Provence
1 whole bulb of garlic(minced)
Salt/Pepper- Tt

 

DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl combine wings with lemon, orange, garlic, herbs and salt/pepper.
Cover bowl and let wings marinate in the fridge for 24hours.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and place wings on baking sheet.
Bake wings for 1hour 15min or until thermometer reads 165 or more.
Place wings on serving tray
Enjoy.
