From Philly To Oakland. The Philly Cheesesteak.

Hey guys. I know its been a long time since i've made a post about anything. I've been very busy rapidly expanding the business and casting a huge networking line in both San Francisco and Oakland to bring you the best food experience and products directly to my customer base. I've also been in the test kitchen working on some of Omni World Kitchens classic recipies to keep them trendy and fresh for the season. Just recently I teamed up with FACTION BREWING COMPANY to start a 3 part installment for Authentic Philly Cheesesteaks in Alameda Califoria. This installment is near and dear to my heart for many reasons. The most obvious reason being I love cheesesteaks. Living in philly for 5 years gave me all the time I needed to learn the ins and outs of the cheesesteak world. So I decided to bring them to the bay area for everyone to shae the love. I went to STORMHILL BEEF for a 30pound top round sirloin. It was HUGE! GRASS FED AND GRAIN FINISHED & LOCAL! I also went to SEMIFREDDI'S a local super star for bread here in the bay area. I order 150 french rolls to give my beautiful sirloin a platform to shine on. A few pepers and onions, some provolone, and a beer cheddar sauce made with FACTION BREWERY'S VERY OWN DEF CON IV IPA AND THE PARTY WAS ON! This past friday I made well over 100 sandwiches at the brewery. Bringing in another sold out Pop-up installment in the Bay Area for Omni World Kitchen. it was a huge challenge for me both mentally and physically. But i made i through and I couldnt be happier. My next installment is June 16th and ill be introducing a brand new summer time sandwich to go side by side with the Philly Cheesesteak and all its glory.
